Market Mapping

Stage 1 - initial contact can either be by email, phone or video conference, during which we can agree the parameters of the project. We're always happy to take enquiry calls so please see our 'Contact Us' tab for all the options.

Stage 2 - immediately confirm in writing the project brief, delivery timescale, sample document format and fee schedule. Speed is key - we want to surpass expectations every time.

Stage 3 - upon payment, we put all of our resources into collating all requested profiles and information. Our business model requires us to take payment upfront.

Stage 4 - delivery of project. Once a client has taken delivery of the requested documents, we have a 3 day window in which changes can be requested or amended, just in case there has been a shift in the needs of the search - we understand these things happen. 

Stage 1 - 3 typically happens in a few hours and most projects take 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the size of the market to be looked at, and the specific requirements you have regarding information included.

Optional Extras

All of our profiles contact a career history, profile, detailed experience, and legal directory notations (see sample). Often clients have specific requests resulting in us highlighting named client alignments, or language expertise as two examples which we build into our quotes.

However, we also offer a Premium Service which includes us calling and qualifying information either from sources or from individuals profiled in the search. Naturally, this level of additional service from us requires time and resource being applied so the fee structure differs and is only discussed on a case by case basis.
